You guessed it. Went in to the dealership to drop off my car so they can reprogram a spare key and have them scotch gaurd the seats and put a special wax on the outside. Joe the manager set up my appt and knew I was coming late due to Steve getting out of work late. The last I taked to that guy was last Wednesday when the appointment was made. I get there last night, and the service dept is closed and there is no one there that I have previously talked to , and no one has any clue that I was coming, or about the rental car they were to give me. No management there, just peons. One guy starts looking for a rental car for me and he keeps coming in and out of the office and checking this and that. I tell, him it better be big enough to fit my 3 kids. He walks by and says "still trying to find you a loaner"...Great. Finally gets me one, I sign papers, get in it and theres ZERO gas. Not a drop, the gas light is on. Morons. Go back in and it takes them another 20 min to loacte another and they come up with a piece of crap. 45 min I was there. What a waste of time for someone who has an appointment already.
