Went something like this...
"Hi Mrs Levine? Your car is ready..just one problem (didnt see that coming) we dont have any more keys. We have ordered one for you and the eta is about 2 1/2 weeks. We will need the car back when it comes in so we can reprogram the key".
Do you believe this crap? Against my better judgement, I didnt go off on the guy. He is from the service department and has no idea all the goings on or anything to do with the morons in sales.
Just adding this to my list. And the list is pretty damn long.
