4 weeks old today!

Ryan smiled at me this morning! Unfortunately nobody saw it but me. He's been kinda smirking, and he smiles in his sleep, but this morning it was a full fledged smile. Cant wait to see more of those! He has his 1 month dr appt on Monday. I cant wait to see how much he has grown. He's so big! I bet he is already over 10 lbs. I will post a pictures soon. Its been a crazy week.
