Ive lost 10 lbs already being on Weight Watchers! Go me! And Jen is almost up to 20 lbs lost! I cant wait to hit 20 lbs! My weight has fluctuated at times, but I think this is the first time Ive lost it the right way. Diet and exercise. Ive been walking a lot and I do feel better from that. Some days its really hard mustering up the energy, but I do the best I can. If I skip a day (or 3!) cuz its too hot, or Im too lazy, than so be it, i dont beat myself up over it.

10 lbs is such an accomplishment!!! (and everyone's body is different). You really are doing awesome, it's your spirit and drive to do this that keeps me on task with the program. Do NOT feel guilty over missing 3 days of walking! You're still up and at it at home anyone and never sitting on your ass! Take it from someone who didn't walk for 2 weeks (or bike or do elliptical) and still managed to shed a few pounds by following the easy program that is Weight Watchers! Exercise is just a bonus. I've gotten back on the that horse though, what with joining the gym and we actually walked about a mile on Sat & Sun and would gladly go again today if it weren't shitty out!
You really are doing great and thank you so much for motivating me to do this! You have no idea how much I owe you for making me get healthy and feel good about myself again!
10 lbs is a lot of weight. pick up 10 cans of vegetables and put them in a plastic bag, haul them around for a minute and you will realize what 10 lbs really is, or just pick up a 10 lb weight. Thats great. I lose then I gain then I lose a few more. It depends on what time of the month ect ect. As long as in the end some is gone its all good. Ive been on vaca for a week so Im sure I have some to get rid of from that just to break even. Oh well "what else is new". TAKE CARE
