FUNDRAISER

Zachary is selling tickets to a spaghetti supper to raise money for Explorers. Tickets are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for kids. The supper is on Sat Feb 16th from 4:30-7:30 here in town. Let me know if you want to go and I will give you the location. You can come and eat anytime during those hours and the Explorers (in uniform) will serve you! Yes, you will have to pay the $10.00 but its a chance for Zachary to wait on you hand and foot! Money has to be in by this Sunday, Jan 27th. Sorry for the short notice! We went last year and it was really yummy! The kids did a great job.

BABY GIRL LEVINE

Had another ultrasound. Baby girl is still measuring on the big side like her brother. The estimate she is already a smidge over 3 lbs. And there is a lot of amniotic fluid. So although I have been tested 2x for gestational diabetes, Im not in the clear yet. I have another ultrasound in a month and if there still seeing a large baby and excessive fluid, then I will repeat the sugar test and have a stress test as well. Overall the pregnancy has gone well. I was a defiantly a different pregnancy than the other 2, and maybe a little harder. Very hormonal, different cravings, different ailments, etc. This time around, Im a lot more swollen -with Ryan it was just in my hands and ankles, this time it seems to be everywhere, face, arms fingers, ankles, Ugh. My hair is curlier, you wouldn't be able to tell because I style it the same, but I can. Ive been getting charlie horses almost every night for over a month now, and Ive never experienced that during pregnancy before. I was more nauseous in the first trimester than I was with either of the boys. Still not bad compared to some women. I still have trouble with my sciatic nerve. Mostly , I feel ok, Im just so damn tired. When I do sleep, its usually about 6 hours at night and never consequetive. Im up about every 2 hours peeing, chewing tums, and dancing on one foot to rid myslef of charlie horses. Being in my 3rd trimester, and chasing after a 1 yr old, and working till almost midnight has me really worn out. Overall, its not a bad pregnancy, despite all my wining. And yes, I do a lot of that, just ask Steve! In my own defense, Id like to say tat Im very grateful for everything I have, healthy happy kids, mostly easy pregnancies, easy time conceiving, etc. But on the other hand, Ive been pregnant for 2 years, and frankly, Im getting a little crabby! In the end, its all worth it. A lifetime of the baby verses 9 months of my whining. I'll take it. My hisband is a saint, thats for sure! I cant believe its so close around the corner! Cant wait to meet her!

FIRST BLOODY NOSE

Oh boy has this kid had a rough week! Today was a bloody nose when he tripped over a toy and fell onto another one then hours later, banged his head on the wood part of the couch. Poor little guy. Guess accidents are bound to happen when your learning to walk. Yesterday he was walking almost the whole length of the living room. But then he gets lazy and devolps jelly legs and refuses to stand up. Stinker pants Levine!
